Practitioner Profile
The creation of Acuforhealth developed out of my passion for Chinese Medicine and my deep and personal understanding of the complexities of modern life and today’s health issues.
I became interested in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) whilst working in London during my 20s. During this time, it became clear to me that many people suffered some sort of ill health or inbalance which affected them physically and mentally, often forcing them to turn to prescription medication. At this point I began to seek an alternative to modern drugs, which cause severe side effects in some cases and discovered Acupuncture with its ability to heal and rebalance the body naturally.
I returned home to Cheshire to develop my experience and knowledge in TCM and to set up my own practice as an Acupuncturist. As well as Acupuncture, I believe nutrition, natural supplements and a healthy diet and lifestyle are all essential in the path to recovery, rebalance and rebirth.
